At NasalFresh MD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the products are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original NasalFresh MD packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
